Build your own Quail Town with heavy-duty modular quail layer cages designed for Coturnix quail breeding and egg production. These American-built cages feature strong welded aluminum stacking frames, PVC-coated wire floors, automatic waterers, and front egg rollouts for convenient egg collection.

Designed for both jumbo and standard-size Coturnix quail, these modular cages offer durable construction, efficient feeding, and easy litter cleanup.

Features and Benefits

Each cage features 1/2" x 1" black PVC-coated wire flooring for added bird comfort and to help reduce foot irritation. An automatic waterer with 1.5 feet of black hose and an aluminum feed trough with guards are included.

A heavy-gauge 18" x 26" rust-resistant aluminum litter pan is included. The pan accommodates disposable parchment paper sheets or reusable silicone mats for easier cleaning. Its 1.125-inch height provides additional space for litter or shavings.

The modular stacking system allows cages to be arranged in multiple configurations. Cages without wheels can be secured to a wall or mounted back-to-back.

Layer Cages with Egg Rollout

Each layer cage is designed to hold up to 12 jumbo adult quail or 14 standard-size adult quail.

For fertile egg production, the cage can accommodate 10 jumbo females and 2 jumbo males, or 12 standard-size females and 2 standard-size males.

The angled floor allows laid quail eggs to roll forward into the front collection area. Plastic guards along the front and both ends help protect eggs from wire scratches and prevent them from falling off the sides.

Heavy-Duty Construction

The cage top, rear, and sides feature heavy 14-gauge 1" x 2" galvanized steel wire. The angled floor uses black PVC-coated 16-gauge 1/2" x 1" wire.

The hybrid plastic cage front offers a smooth surface and additional vertical clearance for quail accessing the feed trough, reducing daily contact with metal wire.

The plastic front aligns with 22 feeder guard openings to help minimize feed waste and improve feeding efficiency.
