We ship all eggs by Insured Priority Mail and take great care in packing your eggs. All eggs are securely packed in egg cartons inside bubble-lined bags for an extra protected layer and are well-packaged inside the shipping box to ensure maximum protection and avoid damage while in transit. Although most packages are delivered on time and undamaged. Packages can experience shipping delays and rough handling that is beyond our control. We will be happy to issue a credit on broken eggs only excluding shipping costs, please contact us immediately upon receipt (photos required) otherwise you need to file a claim with USPS since all packages are insured.

Shipping: All egg orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1-4 business days, and you should receive your package within 1-3 business days once it’s been shipped. You will be notified and given a tracking number once your package has shipped. Please allow extra time on back-orders, holidays, and weekends. Shipping is available only within the United States.

Returns: Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on shipped eggs. If an item is damaged upon delivery, all packages are insured, and a claim will need to be filed with USPS. Please contact us immediately and we will help you with this process.
