Remove the oxygen absorber and discard before using egg powder.

For scrabble eggs, omelets, french toast and other breakfast dishes combine egg
powder with a ratio of 1:1 egg powder and warm water, mix well. Cook as you would fresh eggs.

To use as substitute in baking bread, muffins, cookies, cakes, or any other baking recipe calling for eggs. Add egg powder to the dry ingredients, it is not necessary to reconstitute the egg powder. Just increase liquid requirements in the recipe (milk, buttermilk, etc.) by the amount of egg powder used in the recipe.

One quail egg = 0.65 tbs of egg powder + .65 tbs of water. It takes 2 tbs of quail egg powder plus 2 tbs of water to equal one chicken egg.

No refrigeration is necessary unless eggs are reconstituted. .
